All Medicaid Rides require a 72-hour notice and can be scheduled by calling 1-800-467-4601. After scheduling, clients can verify their pick up time by contacting their local transportation office. Medicaid clients should have the following information when scheduling a ride:
- Medicaid Number
- Date, Time, and Location of the medical appointment
- Medical reason for the trip
- Any special needs such as wheelchair
- Information/Relationship for any additional riders
