Medicaid Eligibility Alert

During the COVID-19 emergency, a major change has been made to Medicaid eligibility.

If you know of anyone who has been laid off and does not have health coverage, please have them contact the PACS kynect team. If you have been laid off, never had insurance before, or think you might meet Medicaid eligibility, please contact us.

Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange

The Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange is a division within the Office of Health Data and Analytics with the primary responsibility to administer the provisions of the Affordable Care Act for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

The Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange provides support and resources for Kentuckians to enroll in health coverage and learn what financial assistance they may be eligible for. The team of kynect staff at PACS can help clients complete applications and find affordable, quality health coverage, including Qualified Health Plans or Medicaid coverage.

• Pennyrile Region 1: Caldwell, Crittenden, Livingston and Lyon counties
• Pennyrile Region 2: Christian, Hopkins, Muhlenberg, Todd and Trigg counties
